Ltd. platforms, applications, correspondences, and supplementary services that explicitly fall under this agreement ("Services"). This inclusivity pertains to the aggregation and utilization of data for these Services, encompassing external marketing endeavors. Individuals who have registered for our Services are classified as "Account Administrators," while team members who have been invited to join a family team are denoted as "Account Members."
Upon registering or logging into the Turn Around Kids Group Pty. Ltd. Services, you assume the role of an Account Administrator. Account Administrators hold the prerogative to extend access to their accounts to external parties or guests ("Account Members"). It is the responsibility of Account Administrators to oversee the actions taken by their designated Account Members. At any given point, Account Administrators retain the authority to retract and delete access granted to Account Members.

Your access to our application does not license you to use those marks in any commercial way without our prior written permission
We use the information and data that you provide and that we have about Members to provide personalised summaries, insights, tips, recommendations and programs. For example, we use data and information about your child’s age to generate insights, tips programs and activities. Keeping your profile accurate and up to date helps us to make these recommendations more accurate and relevant.
The TurnAroundKids app operates as a wellness and parenting platform, and it's not intended to replace clinical services or therapy. We strongly recommend that if you're facing significant concerns about your child's well-being or behaviour (which may encompass multiple issues), you reach out to your GP or a mental health professional for guidance. The app isn't a treatment or therapy substitute; rather, it's geared towards offering parenting solutions for common behavioral and sleep challenges.
Turn Around Kids Group Pty.. Ltd. cannot guarantee that we will "treat" or resolve any underlying difficulties. TurnAroundKids is not an assessment or diagnostic service. We do not operate as an emergency service, and we do not provide access for 1:1 support to speak with a professional. Therefore, individuals are required to take the necessary action themselves should they be at risk of harm. Turn Around Kids Group Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue service if we believe that we are not deemed an appropriate service (e.g., in the case of complex situations), or in such cases that the rights and responsibilities of clinicians/clients are not met.
TurnAroundKids provides the option to access free advice, tips, and feedback on your child's functioning by logging simple data related to their sleep, mood, and behavior. Once a program is generated, you have the option to purchase it for a one-off payment. The cost varies between $39.99 to $49.99, depending on the length of the program. This fee covers the entire program, which includes videos for both parents and children spanning over a week. Additionally, you'll have access to downloadable resources to amplify the effectiveness of the program.
Whilst we have taken all due care in developing the algorithms, content and other information in the application, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or prevention of harm..To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these terms and conditions is excluded.
By using this application you understand and agree that all information we provide is “as is” and “as available”. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in NSW Australia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from this terms of service and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
