Getting a program for your child's issue is a breeze. You simply log an area of concern within the categories of sleep, behaviour or mood and our app will automatically generate a program tailored to address the specific problem area you're facing. It's as easy as that!
Please note, only the free introductory mood program is available under the Mood category at this stage. We are working hard to make the rest of the specialised mood programs available in a future app version.
You got it, but rest assured logging areas of concern is really quick and simple! In cases where multiple areas of concern are pinpointed, the delivered programs are listed in order of priority.
Yes, we recommend completing a free introductory program first. It a mini version of a specialised, paid program and provides a solid foundation, introduces core strategies, and helps you and your child get familiar with the approach before diving into a specialised paid program
If your child’s logged areas of concern are no longer relevant, you can easily update them in the app. Simply review and adjust the concerns to reflect your child’s current area of concerns and there is an option to report there is no concerns as well! Please note, we expect you to complete a program before a current area of concern can be cleared.
Currently, it's not possible to include and connect more than one caregiver to your TAK family account. However, we're actively working on adding this feature. Currently, the app's algorithms responsible for generating and delivering program content is hosted on cloud server infrastructure. This means that an internet connection is required to generate a program. However, we're actively working on introducing more offline support features in future app versions. All account deletion requests are currently manually processed. You can either reach out to our team at support@turnaroundkids.co or request account deletion via the app.
To request account deletion via the app please do the following:
1) Navigate to the "Settings" tab in the app
2) Under the "Account" section, tap "My Profile"
3) In the "My Profile" screen, tap the "Delete Account" button near the bottom of the screen, which will take you to the "Delete Account" screen
4) In the "Delete Account" screen, tap the button called "Yes - proceed with account deletion"
5) The app will submit an account deletion request which will be manually processed by our team within 1 week
